Michael Fink joined DYCONEX in February 2005 as CEO after more than 20 years in the semiconductor equipment and materials industry.
Michael's business experiences includes regional and global general management, business development and operations as well as merger & acquisitions, especially post merger integration.
Prior to working for DYCONEX, Michael has held management positions with Mattson Technology, Steag Electronic Systems, General Electric, Perkin Elmer and Hoechst Chemicals.
In addition to maintaining a close connection to his customer base, Michael's personal focus has always been the optimization of the business process environment. He is a strong believer in a zero-defect culture driven by empowered and well skilled employees.

Jürgen Steinbichler,
VP Operations
|

|
Jürgen Steinbichler joined DYCONEX in October 2005 as VP Operations.
Jürgen has held several management functions in the Semiconductor Industry. This was with Siemens Semiconductors, White Oak Semiconductors, ESEC and Unaxis Assembly and Packaging.
Jürgen has a degree in mechanical engineering from the Polytechnic in Regensburg, Germany.
Jürgen always acted on a global basis with a strong customer focus. Throughout his entire career he was driving his organizations towards operational excellence. |

Simon Weisser joined DYCONEX in September 2004 as CFO.
Simon has held several finance positions in international environments. He has worked as an auditor with Arthur Andersen Zurich, the corporate controller of a listed multinational technology group, and the European finance director and CFO in two international medtech companies.
Simon has a degree in economics and business administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and in 1997 he obtained the diploma as a Swiss Chartered Accountant.
Simon's broad experience in the finance area on both subsidiary and group levels includes controlling, budgeting, business planning, financial reporting (IFRS), financial integration of acquired companies, Management Information Systems, Treasury, Taxation and Investor Relations. |

Gloria Müller,
Head Human Resources
|

Gloria Müller joined DYCONEX in January 2006 as Head Human Resources.
Gloria has more than 20 years experience in Human Resources Management. She has worked for several large international companies. This includes positions as Head Human Resources for Holcim Management and Consulting Ltd. and as Vice President Human Resources for Unaxis Assembly and Packing (former ESEC).Gloria has a broad range of knowledge and experience in Human Resources Management. Her experience includes change and transition management, post merger integration, management development as well as all fields of operational HR. |

Roger Rüegg joined DYCONEX in March 2007 as Customer Focus Team Manager.
Roger spent several years overseas in service management at RIETER Corporation, a global leader of textile and automotive systems. After his return to Switzerland he held several functions in business development and operations within the Electronicparc Group. Roger graduated in Electrical Engineering from Zurich University of Applied Sciences Winterthur (ZHW) complemented by a post graduation degree in Economics at the Kaderschule St. Gallen and a Master in Computer Resources and Information Management at Webster University (USA). Based on his broad background and experience in business development, processes optimization and operations, Roger’s focus in DYCONEX is to be a relentless promoter of a “100% Customer first” culture.
