LEADING EDGE MANUFACTURING The DYCONEX production facility is equipped with the best available machine park capable of handling almost any type of HDI PCB.  The total production and office area is 6'000 sqm. To enhance product quality we installed 600 sqm of clean rooms for process steps such as photochemistry, soldermask application, lamination, laser and artwork generation. DYCONEX operates two completely separate production lines in order to separate glass-containing and glass-free products. To reduce the influence of the human factor in various production processes as much as possible, the production lines are highly automated with the most advanced equipment available. The production lines are configured to allow processing of the thinnest flexible materials on the market, including materials as thin as 25 microns. 50 micron lines are standard and 25 microns will be available as standard in the very near future. DYCONEX offers the choice to structure microvias by plasma or laser. To simplify the transition from prototypes to volume production we run prototypes on the same line as the following volume orders. We maintain full traceability of every production panel and we never introduce material or process changes without notifying the customer. « back
