| Mr. Robert R. Demuth, since 1998 responsible CEO of DYCONEX AG, is leaving the company. Under his responsibility the company was growing strongly. At the same time a new production site has been taken over and built up. Board of directors, management and staff thank him for his committed and successful work on duty of DYCONEX AG and wish him all the best for his path of business and life. Until a new CEO at the beginning of 2005 will start, Fritz Steiner, a longtime and experienced manager, holds the position of acting CEO. |
