| Effective July 19, 2005 DYCONEX AG Switzerland has established DYCONEX Inc. in Phoenix, AZ. The new sales and application engineering office, which will open officially November 1st, is the logical next step in the company's strategy to strengthen their presence in the US market and to get closer to its customers. The Phoenix office covers an important part of the DYCONEX customer base today and will support the already existing sales network in the US and Canada with a focus on medical and military products.
