Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS compatibility)

As the European Union Directive 2002/95/EC1 regarding the ‹Restriction of the use of certain hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment› has taken effect July 1st 2006, it is now mandatory that all materials used in such equipment, including printed circuit boards, comply with this regulation.

DYCONEX AG has been an early adopter of the RoHS directive and ensures that all materials specified as such are in full compliance with their content of the substances concerned:

Lead (Pb)
– Chromium (Cr6+)
– Mercury (Hg)
– Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBB)
– Cadmium (Cd)
– Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE)
